Secretary & Treasure

Description of Duties:

• Secretary– Notify all members of meetings. Keep and maintain monthly board meeting agenda and minutes. Keep notes, maintain official rules/bylaws. Write necessary correspondence. If any email votes take place in between monthly board meetings, those results will be added to the previous month’s minutes as amendments.

• Treasurer – Responsible for oversight of League finances, including development of annual budget, issuance of checks and maintain league accounts, application for league insurance, payment of league debts and prepare and distribute monthly report. Any check written over $5,000 shall require a double signature by two of the following Board Members: President, Vice-President, or Treasurer.
